Trinity Western University partners with Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives to host a webinar on "Effective Organizational Leadership for Pandemic Times," on April 20, 2021.
Catered to leaders of non-profit organizations, this informative, interactive online session will explore research-based competencies and dispositions for effective leadership. Through attending the workshop, participants will learn actionable practices to help their orgnaizations thrive, even in challenging times.
The workshop speaker is TWU's Dr. Adrienne Castellon. Dr. Castellon is the Associate Dean for the Masters of Leadership at Trinity Western University. She is the author of a book, several chapters in edited volumes and numerous articles. Dr. Castellon has presented at conferences in Canada, USA, England, United Kingdom and India. She formerly served on the board of the Langely Childhood Development Society and currently on the boards of Citizens for Public Justice and Catholic Women's Leadership Foundation.
