GLOBAL connects TWU with the world through innovative programming, cross-institutional relationships, and a commitment to providing quality university education worldwide through our Facilitated Academic Resource (FAR) Centres. GLOBAL has also developed rich and meaningful relationships with many education agents overseas who help promote TWU as a top university choice to international students. Whether at home or in Canada, our international cohorts benefit from the same programming, instruction, resources, and care as all Trinity Western Students do.

Domestically, GLOBAL also hosts degree completion programs that are popular with local adult learners who are ready to head back to the books and earn a world-class degree. The demographics and diversity of students within the programs offered through GLOBAL provide an almost tangible energy within the department.

Dean's Message

TWU GLOBAL is the academic division in the University that provides leadership and support for emergent and innovative approaches to higher education. In addition to our programs being offered on the TWU Langley and Richmond campuses, our programs include partnerships with leading educational institutions around the world, allowing international students in select countries to receive a TWU education through their local university. GLOBAL is an acronym that stands for: Global learning connections; Leadership programs; Online learning support; Branch campuses; Adult learning support; and Leading innovation. GLOBAL’s emergent and innovative approaches to student learning enable our team of Christ-centred, student-focused, and globally engaged faculty and staff to create the conditions for our learners to thrive and become their best selves.
