Campus Highlights
Classroom
At TWU, we keep our class sizes small so you get a more personal educational experience. Our classrooms, labs, and studios include cutting-edge equipment and technology, ensuring you graduate with the most current and relevant knowledge and experience in your field. No matter what your program, you’ll discover our classrooms to be a stress-free learning environment, where you can engage freely with your professors and fellow classmates.

Trinity Commons
We love the atmosphere at the Trinity Commons, one of the most popular student lounges on campus. This spacious, bright, and comfy lounge is sure to inspire you to finish that paper, meet with your study group, or just work on your assignment in a relaxing environment. Cozy up in a chair, join your friends at the couches, or find some alone time at the window desk—no matter what your preference, the Commons has a spot for you.

Library
The Norma Marion Alloway Library is so much more than books on shelves. The first floor houses the Learning Commons, where you can get academic coaching and help with research, goal setting, paper writing, and lots more. Discover what study setting suits you best by trying out the different study areas. Each one is outfitted with everything you need for individual or group study. With over 300,000 hardcopy materials plus thousands of digital books, our research assistants can help you at any point of your research or paper writing.

Reimer Student Centre
The main hub of your non-academic life on campus will be at the Reimer Student Centre. Here, you’ll find our main cafeteria, a small lounge, a café, and other vital student services like the Student Life Office, the Centre for Calling and Career Development, and the campus store. Located at the heart of the campus, you’ll find yourself here often—to eat meals with your friends, to get plugged into campus activities and events, to get help preparing for your future career, or to buy your textbooks and essential TWU merch.

Gymnasium
The Robert E. Enarson Gymnasium is where you’ll cheer on the Spartans, discover your favourite fitness routine or class, meet students from all over campus for chapel, and so much more. The main gym is also used for big and small events and is frequently transformed from a sports court to a variety of other settings, such as a beautiful gala or a night for dorm skits. With the various activities and events hosted at the gym, you’ll find yourself here often throughout the year.

Labs
Earn rare, hands-on experience in our research labs. You’ll find biology, chemistry, and nursing instructional labs, and you’ll have access to advanced research equipment that includes a gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer and an NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer). Senior science students have opportunities to work one-on-one with their professors and be hired as lab instructors for first-year labs. Scholarships to complete research at TWU are also available to science students during the summer.
We even create ice cream in the spring using liquid nitrogen!
Studios
Expand your creativity in the art studios, theatre, and instrumental practice rooms. The studios are home to the School of the Arts, Media, and Culture (SAMC). Studios include instrument practice rooms, a music hall, digital recording studio, painting studio, drawing studio, digital design studio, photography darkroom, theatre, theatre green room, costume shop, and production workshop. Become a member of one of the music ensembles or choirs or join one of our chapel worship teams.
