Classes are 45 minutes duration and all levels welcome!
Payment can be processed at the front desk at fitness centre.
Types of Classes
- Dance Fit - Feel the burn while dancing to your favorite playlist! Dance Fit is a cardio centred dance class which allows dancers and fitness enthusiasts alike to improve their cardio, endurance, and strength. You will finish off our class with a smooth and relaxing stretch.
Class duration is 45 minutes.
- Sweat & Stretch - A 45-minute class combining cardio, strength, endurance and relaxation into one fun class! Get your heart rate pumping and your muscles moving to a great tempo. 30 minutes of class will be The Sweat and 15 minutes of class will be The Stretch. All levels welcome!
- Spin & Weights - Spin & Weights is a 45-minute class that will challenge your mind and body and is beginner-friendly. Tempo based cycling to great tunes combined with weights that will challenge you and you will feel the burn! Tempo based weight training to build strength, tone and condition the whole body.
- Serenity Stretch - A full body stretch set to relaxing music which will end with a relaxing meditation. This class combines basic stretching and modified yoga-like postures to improve muscle strength, function and tone, increase the range of motion at joints, and decrease stress.
- Pilates - A 45-minute class focused on strengthening and conditioning the body. This is a great was to improve posture, balance, and endurance strength.
