Walnut Grove's Charlene Crawford will venture into the director's seat in a new Gallery 7 production and she hosting auditions next week.
Crawford, 28, has been involved in theatre since she was a young child, performed in many a play at her aulimatter - Walnut Grove Secondary - later at Trinity Western University while obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. And more recently as the drama program director for two years at North Langley Community Church.

She's also co-directed productions elsewhere, including Twelve and Revolution, but will be taking on the director's role of The Fantasticks, a play that was dubbed the longest running musical in Broadway history.
It's in her role as director that she's inviting fellow Langleyites to come out and audition next week.
Auditions will be held on Wednesday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m. in the MEI Theatre, 4081 Clearbrook Rd., in Abbotsford, and are open to performers 16 years and older.
