Gregg and Nancy Bergman – Planned Giving story

Preparing the leaders of tomorrow

Values that were important to Gregg and Nancy Bergman at TWU over 50 years ago have remained the same: a continued focus on Christ, and the development of students who are prepared to engage culture and make an impact for the Kingdom.

Giving towards the future

Both of their lives have been tremendously impacted by attending “Trinity Junior College”. No small factor in their lifelong support for TWU is that they met as first-year students at TJC and were married shortly after. Their dearest friendships in the world were established during their years here as students.

Scholarships for the next generations

When they began their estate planning process a number of years ago, it was their joy to be able to include Trinity Western University in those plans. They have also established an endowed scholarship for students in the academic areas of fine arts and athletics.

They pray that their investment in the future of TWU will help continue its legacy of excellence in education within the context of a Christian world view.
