Updated: December 31, 2021
In accordance with advice from the Ministry of Advanced Education received today, TWU has made the decision to move non-experiential classes online until January 23, 2022. This is primarily in response to significant increases in COVID-19 cases in B.C. and concerns related to higher rates of absenteeism and other pandemic impacts.
- Please note: Experiential classes such as those involving clinical or practicum placements, labs, performance and other experiential-oriented classes will continue in-person as scheduled.
- TWU campuses will be open. Langley residence dormitories will re-open on January 4, and the Wellness Center will re-open on January 6.
- Orientation Day and Campus Move-In will occur on January 4 (move-in) and January 5 (orientation), with orientation activities now taking place over Zoom. The full Orientation Day schedule is available on our website.
The operational changes announced below will remain in place, as TWU continues to adhere to all provincial health orders and restrictions.
We remain in close contact with public health officials and remain committed to the health and safety of our students and employees.
We will provide ongoing updates on our website and directly via email as needed, in the coming weeks.
