Trinity Western University is pleased to announce and welcome Clement Wee as new Vice President of TWU Alumni and Families. Mr. Wee will provide leadership to the TWU Alumni and Families department, and will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to inspire, nurture, engage, and mobilize the global community of alumni and families at TWU.
Mr. Wee brings with him over a decade of strategic leadership in the Christian non-profit and charity world. Most recently, he served as Pastor of Operations at Town + Field Church, where he spent six years advancing the church's mission through strategic and operational leadership. Prior to this, Mr. Wee served three years in the TWU Admissions department, where he demonstrated superior skills in recruiting, coaching, and influencing others. During his time in TWU Admissions, he successfully collaborated with departments across the campus, and worked closely with program directors and faculty.
At other points during his career, Mr. Wee spearheaded ministry programs for The Salvation Army Cascade Community Church, Northview Community Church, and New Life Church. Additionally, he has been an Advisory Board Member for Hope for Korah, a charity focused on breaking the cycle of poverty for families living in Korah, Ethiopia.
Mr. Wee is a distinguished alumnus. In 2017, Mr. Wee completed his Master of Business Administration at TWU, specializing in Non-profit and Charitable Organization Management. That same year, he received the MBA Leadership Award for his graduating class. In 2012, Mr. Wee completed his Bachelor of Business Administration Honours (BBAH) degree at TWU, with a double specialization in Management and in Human Resource Management and Leadership. He achieved the School of Business Dean’s Service Award and the 2012 Highest GPA in the BBAH program.
