TWU Announces Fall 2020 Virtual Convocation Ceremony

Trinity Western University is pleased to announce its upcoming virtual convocation ceremony.

The Graduation Ceremony at TWU is a very meaningful time, one in which we strive to celebrate the achievements of our graduates.

In April, TWU created a series of celebratory videos to congratulate our Spring 2020 graduates. This fall, we are excited to host a virtual ceremony to name and honour each and every graduate, and to provide the opportunity for graduates and their families to commemorate this special milestone.

Trinity Western’s virtual convocation ceremony brings together many of the same components as the in-person ceremony while respecting COVID-19 restrictions pertaining to large gatherings. Graduands and guests are invited to participate by viewing the ceremony from the comfort of their homes.

The pre-show will be aired live on November 7, 2020, at 3:30p.m. PST and the ceremony will begin at 4:00p.m. PST. Following the main ceremony, each faculty will stream their own segment to announce their respective graduates.

Graduating students will be receiving a special Celebration Package in the mail that will include a mortarboard and tassel and a diploma cover.

It will also include a congratulatory message from the President, a gift from Alumni, and a few other special surprises.

Graduands are encouraged to share their celebrations online on Instagram using #TWUgrad2020.

We look forward to celebrating our 2020 graduates on November 7.
