TWU Robert G. Kuhn Centre is runner up for Global Design & Architecture Design Awards 2021

The Robert G. Kuhn Centre at Trinity Western University has been highlighted as a runner up for Global Design & Architecture Design Awards 2021.

The project at TWU was featured in Rethinking The Future Architecture Awards in September.

The Robert G. Kuhn Centre is a landmark building that marks the entry to the University’s main campus in Langley, B.C. It signifies TWU's commitment to innovation and continual growth. As a modern, multi-functional facility, it will be a place where TWU prepares graduates to be successful leaders in society.

“The beauty and clarity of the building’s design serves to capture the innovative spirit of Trinity Western University.” said Aklilu Mulat, Senior Vice President of Business Administration and Chief Financial Officer, in a letter to the TWU community.  “It also symbolizes the expanding reach and growth of our University that would not have been possible without the building’s namesake, President Emeritus, Robert G. Kuhn.”

The four-storey mass timber atrium building will be the future home of the School of Business, GLOBAL, and Student Life’s Global Engagement Office (GEO). It will also serve as a multi-functional facility for students and faculty.
