Rob Bedard has served as a pastor and denominational leader since 1989 in the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and the Christian & Missionary Alliance. He is a certified Birkman® coach, and he has also coached hundreds of individuals and teams through StrengthsFinder/CliftonStrengths®. Rob teaches for Vanguard College and Trinity Western University (MA LEAD & BA LEAD). He also offers individuals and teams training and coaching services (www.robbedard.com) and is also a sub-contractor for West Coast Centre for Learning (www.wccl.ca). Rob utilizes story, humour, multimedia and other adult education teaching components in his teaching and training sessions.
