Intercultural Religious Studies

The Intercultural Religious Studies program at TWU explores the richness of various cultures and beliefs while examining Christian responses to them.

You can tailor your degree to your passions, focusing on Christian engagement with the needs of global people groups. Contextualized and global theologies are thoroughly examined alongside biblical and cultural studies and issues and trends in mission. The work of international relief agencies, development and justice organizations, and Bible translation agencies is explored. As a part of the program, our students participate in a cross-cultural practicum, which enables them to apply principles and ideas learned in coursework.
