Core Courses
All MA in Leadership and MA in Educational Leadership students are required to take the following:
- LDRS 500: Leadership Foundations
- LDRS 591: Scholarly Inquiry
- LDRS 502: Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution
- LDRS 503: Results Based Leadership
- LDRS 504: Leadership Values and Ethics (*MAEL and EDUC Stream students take LDRS 620 instead)
- LDRS 501: Strategic Leadership
Independent Capstone (Leadership Integration Project) or Thesis
by application only
- LDRS 697 and 698: Leadership Integration Project (LIP)
or - LDRS 684 and 685: Thesis & CPSY 517: Advanced Data Analysis
Specialization Courses
Students take four online courses from their chosen specialization (Except for Educational Leadership (MAEL) students, who must take all five Educational Leadership courses).

General Stream
